We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We go to extensive efforts to accurately portray each crystal with minimal photo editing in order to convey each piece’s true nature. Due to their natural origins, crystals sometimes contain small flaws that add to their beauty and character. We therefore offer pieces as is, and will do our best to disclose this information when necessary. All items are securely packed to our standards. We reserve the right to purchase postage insurance on your behalf and/or on the behalf of Om Shanti Crystals to ensure the safe delivery of your purchased item(s). Should an item arrive in the original shipping box and wrapped condition to you broken you may open an insurance claim, had one been purchased for that specific package. Om Shanti Crystals will facilitate discussion with said postage insurance broker on your behalf and negotiate the claim and reimbursement for the item(s) to the best of their ability. Customer agrees to cooperate and provide required information and photos in a timely manner.
