RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final.

We do not accept any cancellation of orders.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We go to extensive efforts to accurately portray each crystal with minimal to no photo editing in order to convey each piece’s true nature. Due to their natural origins, crystals and minerals sometimes contain small flaws that add to their beauty and character. We therefore offer pieces as is, and will do our best  to disclose this information when necessary. If you are unsure of a products condition and would like to see more angles or videos, please do not hesitate to Contact Us by clicking above and sending a message.

You may also reach out on Instagram @omshanti_crystals ; or join our weekly live sales on Instagram where we extensively show crystals via livestream video. However the above policy is still upheld; crystals and minerals are sold as-is with no guarantees to quality and/or condition.

All items are securely packed to our standards. We reserve the right to purchase postage insurance on your behalf and/or allow you to purchase shipping insurance. Should an item arrive in the original shipping box and wrapped condition by Om Shanti Crystals damaged, you may open an insurance claim, had one been purchased for that specific package. Customer agrees to cooperate and provide required information and photos in a timely manner to shipping partner and/or shipping insurance provider.

This service in no way guarantees success of insurance claim payment. 

Refunds and reimbursements for damaged, lost or stolen item(s) are determined and distributed solely by the affiliated postage insurance company and/or carrier. This service is in no way associated with Om Shanti Crystals and should not be treated as such. 

All correspondences about postage insurance should be made to the correct company and hold Om Shanti Crystals harmless. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

SHIPPING POLICY   

We take great care in the wrapping of, packaging and shipping of crystals, minerals, jewelry and any other item in your order. Due to this, once a package has left the possession of Om Shanti Crystals we will not be held liable for the package or its contents. Package insurance may be purchased for an additional charge, and all insurance related matters must be handled between the Purchaser, Shipping Partner and/or Insurance Holder/Company.  Om Shanti Crystals is to be held harmless for any package received damaged, lost or stolen. Om Shanti Crystals has no control over delivery times, package care or handling once it has left our possession domestically and internationally. We do not accept responsibility for mislabeled or misaddressed packages due to purchaser's error. If a package is returned to us for any reason, the purchaser will be required and responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package. 

Shipping is always an additional charge to the purchaser unless stated by Om Shanti Crystals on a case-by-case basis. 

We do offer "open boxes" in an effort to help the purchaser save on shipping costs.

Om Shanti Crystals may cancel, revise, limit or change this policy at any time with no notice. It is the purchasers responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Open box may be defined as a service offered by Om Shanti Crystals where the purchaser may express their interest to not ship their paid for items immediately, and rather have Om Shanti Crystals hold the items until the shipping box is full or either party (Om Shanti Crystals or Purchaser) have expressed the want or need to ship the items. The box shall remain 'open' until a request to close and ship has been made in writing and the Purchaser pays any related charges to have the box(es) shipped.

Om Shanti Crystals reserves the right to close any Open Box at any time for any reason and Purchaser will be required to pay associated shipping costs.

If open box items are not shipped in a timely manner as expressed by Om Shanti Crystals, the merchandise will be treated as abandoned after 1 Calendar Year from Original Purchase Date.

Om Shanti Crystals will inform the Purchaser in writing after 1 Calendar Year from original purchase date and request payment for shipping costs.

If Purchaser does not respond, pay, and/or both, Om Shanti Crystals will deem the merchandise abandoned and return it to inventory to be resold for profit.

Purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms, the refund and return policies, and accepts them the moment a purchase is completed on the Website, Etsy, via Live Sale or Story Sale on Instagram or any other Social Media Platform in which the Purchaser agrees to purchase merchandise from Om Shanti Crystals.
